A slice of heaven! Watch the sunrise from 2 of the 3 bedrooms overlooking Sag Harbor cove. Your own private dock can accommodate a boat up to 38 feet. A small beach with its own elevated deck, and chaise lounges
Step out onto the 40 foot wide deck, and relax on the premium furniture
All bedrooms feature premium mattresses. Gourmet chefs kitchen is a dream for entertaining.
Master Bedroom overlooks the water, and has its own en-suite bath with spa tub.
Bonus playroom upstairs has three beds.
When guests visit, they tell us that they feel like they’re on vacation. This a truly special place. Neighborhood is quiet, and very safe for children .
Access is granted for all areas except storage attic and crawl space, and garage.
Included are 2 paddleboards, and 1 kayak
Very accessible with reasonable notice.
The neighborhood is located across from Long Beach which you can walk or bike to. You can also bike to Sag Harbor village.
Bridgehampton train station is close by, about a 10 minute drive. Jitney has a bust stop in Sag Harbor village as well.
