•Pool heat is available for $100/day. Please notify us upon booking if you would like the pool heated for your stay
•Pets are allowed for $125 per stay, maximum of 2 pets. No cats allowed, please. Please notify us upon booking if you plan to bring your furry friend!
•Pool is open May 15 – September 15 (dates may vary due to weather, please check with us).
•Hot tub is open year-round

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and pool house, minus a locked owner's closet.

Other things to note
-Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age. This individual must be physically on site during the reservation, no booking on someone else’s behalf.
-Quiet hours are 10pm-7am, no parties allowed. Grounds for termination
-Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. Out of respect for our neighbors and community, we do not allow any parties or any extra guests to keep noise at a minimum

-Please note there are 3 exterior cameras on site for security purposes: at the front door and both garages
-Winters in this area can be unpredictable. While the property is plowed and maintained, heavy snowfall or severe weather may temporarily limit access to outdoor amenities such as the pool, yard, or driveway. Pool opening dates are weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed in advance. We appreciate your understanding as safety and accessibility always come first.

-Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children under 14 are permitted to use the pool without adult supervision. No running around the pool area is permitted. No diving. No Glass in the pool. No pets in the pool.

-Guests have access to the entire home (minus the basement), main garage, fenced yard, and pool. There are a few locked closets with cleaning supplies.
