In general we had a pretty disappointing stay. We were a family with kids and booked a two room apartment for three nights incl. Breakfast. When we arrived I was surprised to realize how far from the main house and restaurant the apartments were. We had to go by car! The hotel does not at all look like pictures on the web. the apartment was ok but not clean. All bed sheets was covered in dog hair. At arrival we tried to book a table in the restaurant but everything was booked and we had to rush to the supermarket. (Check in was at 17.00 and we could get a table at 17.30 which did not work for us). In general the staff was not very friendly at not at all able to have basic conversations in English. We chose to leave one day early for something better. Would not go back

Hej vi havde problemer ved indtjeningen for vi fik at vide at det var uden morgenmad og vi havde efter hjemmesiden bestilt morgen mad, efter en længere diskussion fik vi at vide at det er en fejl os der af og til sker.Morgenmaden er virkelig god. Vi troede at indgang til svømmehallen var gratis men det var den ikke , så stod der at der var minigolf men det var så tilgroet at det kunne man ikke. Stedet trænger virkelig til en gang pleje både udenfor og inde i husene. Men stedet er ellers virkeligt godt som husene og hotellet ligger.

Leider haben wir unser gewünschtes Appartment trotz 7 monatiger Reservierung im Voraus nicht bekommen. Sie waren aber sehr entgegenkommend und haben uns eine Alternative angeboten, da wir mit der Lage des Ersatzzimmers nicht zufrieden waren. Leider war im Apartment kein Erstausstattungskit für die Küche vorhanden und Geschirr fehlte auch einiges. Wir haben es angesprochen und es sollte aufgefüllt werden aber das passierte leider nicht. Der Kellner am letzten Abend war super und so nett. Leider hat das Abendbuffet im vergleich zum letzten Jahr sehr abgenommen was die Auswahl und das nachfüllen betrifft. Und draußen die Gartenanlage war in der Vergangenheit deutlich gepflegter.

Frühstück war reichhaltig, hier fehlte uns eine kleine Spielmöglichkeit innerhalb, beispielsweise Bücher oder eine kleine Bauecke . Unterkunft war angenehm geräumig und größtenteils sauber, kleinere versteckte Ecken waren ausbaufähig. 2 Lampen waren kaputt aber hat uns nicht beeinträchtigt.

Unser Appartement hatte ein Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eine Dusche und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Es fehlten lediglich Kleinigkeiten wie Gläser, Korkenzieher und Spülmittel für die Handwäsche – wirklich kein großer Kritikpunkt. Die Möbel waren teilweise abgewohnt, besonders das Schlafsofa war für Erwachsene nicht mehr geeignet, für Kinder aber okay. Insgesamt waren Gebrauchsspuren sichtbar. Das Schlafzimmer war jedoch sehr gut und die Matratzen hervorragend. Die Sauberkeit war top, Handtücher und Bettwäsche inklusive. Die Ausstattung umfasste auch Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach und Geschirrspüler, letzterer allerdings schon stark genutzt und innen rostig. Das Frühstück im Hauptgebäude (ca. 3–5 Minuten Fußweg) war super: große Auswahl, auch gluten- und laktosefrei – wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Hervorzuheben ist das Servicepersonal im Restaurant, im Indoor-Spielbereich und im Badebereich – außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Empfang beim Check-in hingegen fehlten viele Informationen, die man sich erst erfragen musste; teils bekam man auch keine klaren Antworten. Indoor-Spielbereich und Schwimmbad sind sauber und ideal für Kinder. Der Miniclub mit sehr guter Betreuung ist ebenfalls ein großes Plus (Mittagessen optional ca. 4,50 €). Das Gelände ist weitläufig mit vielen Angeboten wie Spielplätzen, Restaurant, Fußball- und Minigolfplatz sowie Reiterhof in der Nähe. Fazit: Ein schöner Familienurlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen – wir kommen wieder! 😊

Wir waren mit drei Kindern vor Ort und hatten ein Apartment mit vier Schlafzimmern – ideal für Familien! Die Unterkunft ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber, solide und insgesamt absolut in Ordnung. Betten und Bettwäsche waren bequem und hochwertig. Besonders begeistert waren unsere Kinder: Schwimmhalle, Tobeland und Spielplatz direkt vor der Tür – eine perfekte Kombination. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend, für jeden war etwas dabei. Die Pizzeria vor Ort können wir ebenfalls empfehlen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Der Außenbereich der Sauna könnte dringend etwas modernisiert werden. Fazit: Tolles Angebot für Familien – wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war für Fleischesser sehr reichhaltig, für Vegetarier und vegan lebende Menschen sehr spartanisch. Einige angebotene Lebensmittel und Getränke waren leider nicht gekennzeichnet Ebenso das Abendbuffet, das zwar in Ordnung war, gemessen an seinem stolzen Preis aber leider nicht die angemessene Qualität und/oder Auswahl geboten hat Der Essbereich , in dem auch Hunde erlaubt sind, ist sehr begrenzt und es kann sein, dass man während der der gesamten Essenszeit keinen Platz für bekommt. Die Ausstattung im Appartement war ansich gut, leider waren Gläser und Teller dreckig Das Schwimmbad ist toll, viele Umkleiden konnten aber leider nicht abgesperrt werden Was vorher nicht klar war: Der Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft kostet pro Tag extra

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel gewesen, es war sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die inkludierte Therme war einfach perfekt, für eine kurze Auszeit bzw. bei ungemütlichen Wetter. Das Hotel hat eine gute Ausgangsposition um Ausflüge zu machen oder in die Natur zu gehen. Wir hatten unsere kleine Hündin dabei und hätten uns im Zimmer über einen Napf gefreut, da wir ja auch für ihren Aufenthalt bezahlt haben

Eine eigentlich sehr schöne Anlage, die leider recht in die Jahre gekommen ist. Saisonbedingt war leider nur 1 von 3 Restaurants geöffnet. Das Appartement war schön geschnitten, mit viel natürlichem Licht und einem schönen großen Balkon. Die Matratzen waren super bequem. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit, insbesondere im Bad, zu wünschen übrig und ein Wasserkocher in der Küche wäre schön gewesen. Das Frühstück im Restaurant war solide und durchaus auch für die Kinder geeignet und das Personal war stets super nett und hilfsbereit, das war sehr angenehm. Zur Villa Kunterbunt kann ich kaum mehr sagen, als dass sie unglaublich dreckig war. Es wirkt, als wäre der Boden dort seit Wochen nicht gereinigt worden. Das Splash (Schwimmbad) ist leider eher ein Lowlight. Die Schwimmhalle war ziemlich ungepflegt, d.h. diverse defekte Duschen, für die Herren nicht eine funktionierende Toilette in der Umkleide, ein unbeheiztes Außenbecken und extrem viel Kalk und ungepflegtes Aussehen, dadurch ein sehr ungutes Gefühl beim Baden gehen. Auch hier war das Personal aber stets herzlich und hilfsbereit. Mal sehen, was die neuen Besitzer hier investieren, aber es wäre schön, wenn das Resort wieder zu altem Glanz findet.
