Déçu comparativement à la dernière visite

Manque de service pour les clients : distributeurs à vin hors service, aucun moyen d’avoir du service via le restaurant à 20h55, tablette de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas, horaire du spa thermal non adéquat pour les clients de l’hôtel (ferme à 21h et ouvre à 10h le lendemain), pour une seule heure d’accès nous avons payés plein tarif. Aucun forfait pour 2 jours, il faut payer deux fois plein prix. Déception pour notre nuit de congé en amoureux !
