Je dĂ©conseille cette hotel, il n’est pas digne d’un 5 Ă©toiles, les chambres sont sales il y a des odeurs partout dans l’hotel sauf la reception, la clim ne fonctionnait pas, beaucoup de moustiques dans les chambres, le seul point positif est la piscine. Et en plus il est trĂšs cher sa ne vaut pas le coup.

Es un engaño pagas mĂĄs por una habitaciĂłn con vistas al mar , y es mentira. Cuando reclamas te dicen que estĂĄ todo lleno y que hay personas que vienen mĂĄs dĂ­as que tĂș. Al final he pagado por nada y no se han molestado en solucionar el problema ni en dar ninguna alternativa. Yo no me molestarĂ­a en pagar mĂĄs es un engaño

Sejour du 9/08 au 12/08. Service inexistant, on demande un lit bĂ©bĂ© Ă  l arrivĂ©e , le bĂ©bĂ© avait Ă©tĂ© spĂ©cifiĂ© lors de la rĂ©servation, on nous dit que ça va arriver, deux heures aprĂšs , rien , et au troisiĂšme passage Ă  la rĂ©ception on nous dit que ça va arriver, et lĂ  mise Ă  disposition d un lit parapluie sale et sans draps ( peut ĂȘtre fallait il les demander aussi 3 fois 
). Kitchenette Ă  disposition, sans aucun ustensile de cuisine, quel intĂ©rĂȘt ? LĂ  aussi nous demandons un micro ondes afin de chauffer les pots de bĂ©bĂ©, 3j aprĂšs, rien
 un responsable finit par nous dire qu ils n’en ont pas assez
 Aucune poubelle dispo dans la chambre, signalĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception, et devinez 
 ça va arriver
( j attends tjs) Les draps sont courts et un seul est mis sans recouvrir totalement le matelas. Avec un enfant en bas Ăąge et poussette, on nous attribue une chambre aile 0, pour laquelle il faut prendre 3 ascenseurs et passer un labyrinthe pour arriver au parking
 quand j ai vu que c Ă©tait pareil pour une personne handicapĂ©e 
. 10/08 jour, 19h la chambre n est pas faite, il a fallut encore passer Ă  la rĂ©ception et rĂ©clamer un responsable pour enfin avoir un mĂ©nage Ă  20h. Les piscines sont grandes et bien entretenues. La seule chose oĂč cet hĂŽtel est au rendez vous c est pour vous harcelez Ă  12h01 si vous n avez pas encore quitter la chambre ( Check out 12h), la seule tĂąche effectuĂ©e avec prĂ©cision par le personnel de cet hĂŽtel. Un conseil, n y sĂ©journez pas.

Je suis trĂšs Ă©nervĂ© suite Ă  ma reservation sur l’application expedia, j’ai payĂ© une chambre avec grand lit vue sur la mer Ă  20€ de plus du 29 au 31 dĂ©cembre. ArrivĂ© Ă  l’hĂŽtel, l’attente est longue et ils n’ont pas connaissance de ma rĂ©servation malgrĂ© les preuves de rĂ©servations que j’ai reçu par email de votre part. Finalement ils m’accompagnent dans une chambre qui n’est pas celle que j’ai rĂ©servĂ© : 2 lits separĂ©s , aucune vue sur la mer Amine l’agent d’accueil me dit que les seules chambres donnant vues sur la mer sont les suites et il me laisse comme ça dans une chambre avec vue sur la piscine et non la mer personne trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able.

Toujours le meme agents d’accueil mĂ©diocre .. Je finis par rajouter troisiĂšme nuit Harold, heureusement il n’arrive toujours pas Ă  retrouver la rĂ©servation sur leur base de donnĂ©es. Il me sort comme excuse que la rĂ©servation a Ă©tĂ© faite dans l’autre hĂŽtel Radisson blue qui se trouvait juste derriĂšre Je lui explique que ce n’est pas possible car j’ai bien sĂ©lectionner celui-ci Il finit par aller derriĂšre dans leur salle pour vĂ©rifier ensuite reviens me voir et me dit que j’ai bien rĂ©servĂ© dans l’hĂŽtel derriĂšre Mais qu’il me donneront une chambre ici je trouve pas ça logique je pense plutĂŽt que de mentais enfin bref il finit par me donner ma chambre d’hĂŽtel 20 minutes aprĂšs .. Je vous conseille vraiment de ne pas mettre cette personne Ă  l’accueil car elle vous fera fuir les clients petit Ă  petit ..
