Dock/Swim- Children under 16 must be supervised while in/around water. Follow Maine State Law regarding life jackets. Leave furniture as is
Dog-crate trained only. Not allow on furniture. Must remain on a leash at all times when outside due to neighbors. waste that is not cleaned up will result in a $20 fee per waste pick up.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. Any smoking outside must be properly disposed of.
