Ground floor: living room with sofa bed (140x190), separate kitchen (access via 2 steps), bathroom/toilet. Mezzanine: 1 bedroom (3 single beds 90x190). Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, complete baby equipment, small freezer.
Included: gas heating, electricity.
Not included: sheets, towels/household linens, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€65). Pets: €100 deposit.
