Située à Saint-Augustin-sur-Mer (17), à qqes mins des plages de Saint-Palais et du Golf de Royan, la villa n° 11 offre:
-4 chambres
-Pièce de vie avec avec cuisine + un canapé lit pour 2 (160cm)
-4 salles d'eau et de 5WC.
Total couchages: 10 pers.

Piscine chauffée (8m*4m) (en hivernage de fin septembre à Pâques). Jacuzzi sur terrasse (option à 75€). Jardin privatif clos.

Maison non-fumeur

La piscine est chauffée à partir de Pâques et jusqu'à fin septembre. La consigne de chauffe est 28 degrés. Précision pour le mois d'avril / selon la météo: nous ne pouvons pas garantir que l’eau atteigne 28 degrés si les températures sont fraiches la nuit.

Le linge n'est pas fourni mais est possible sur option.
