Holiday Home 'Charming House in Saint Béron' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Nestled in Saint-Béron, Savoie, the Charming House welcomes you in a peaceful setting with mountain views. Built with rammed earth, a natural and eco-friendly material, it combines modern comfort with authentic charm. Only 10 minutes from Lake Aiguebelette, you can enjoy outdoor activities such as swimming, paddleboarding, canoeing, or even paragliding over the lake. The Chartreuse massif, Lake Bourget, and the ViaRhôna are also nearby.



With a surface area of 65 m², the house features a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a fully equipped kitchen, two cosy bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate toilets. You also have a workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a television. A baby bed can be provided on request (available for an extra fee). You will enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a large shared flowered garden, ideal for relaxing. A secure ornamental pond is present (children must remain under adult supervision). Two parking spaces are at your disposal.



The house is suitable for both families and business travellers. Pets (maximum 2) are allowed for an additional fee. Please respect quiet hours between midnight and 6 a.m. The accommodation is non-smoking and parties are not allowed. Self check-in is possible. Upon reservation 24 hours in advance, you can enjoy breakfast, a Savoyard fondue, or local white wine, all available for an extra charge. Fees may apply in case of damages. The owner remains available to ensure you have a pleasant and worry-free stay.
