Located just 450m from the Ocean beach, its shops, casino, bars and restaurants, this 146m² family house, hidden in a wooded, enclosed park of 3000m², can accommodate up to 9 people. Built at the beginning of the last century, the villa impresses with its charm and particular architectural style typical of seaside villas of the time. The house has undergone a thorough renovation that already makes it a very comfortable villa. Additional equipment is planned very soon.
The house is composed on the ground floor of an independent kitchen equipped with gas hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a gain coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Two twin lounges join the dining room which gives access to the terrace. A bedroom with a single bed (recent 90 bedding) and a water room with WC complete this level. The upstairs has three double rooms (2 mattresses in 160 + 1 mattress in 140 bedding 2025) then a master suite (recent 2025 bedding of 160) with bathroom and WC. A hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. You will have four outdoor parking spaces in the fenced and wooded park.
