Ideal For Quiet Week At End Of Summer

One week in a one bedroom apartment at the end of the summer. Apartments were quiet as French children had gone back to school so mainly couples and a few British families staying. Meant pool was quiet most of time with plenty of sunbeds. Twenty minute walk to supermarket, boulangerie and restaurants. Quiet beach opposite. Apartment was well used but clean and ideal for two. Would be a bit crowded with four. Not much storage.

Appartement correct avec tout le nĂ©cessaire. Par contre, mauvais agencement. Le canapĂ© n'est pas en face de la tĂ©lĂ©. Les WC sont trĂšs Ă©troits, pas facile de fermer la porte de la salle de bain qui est trop petite avec une baignoire trop haute. Les accĂšs aux diffĂ©rents jeux sont payants et il n'y a pas de distributeur de monnaie car il faut des piĂšces de 1 euro. MĂȘme en demandant Ă  l'accueil, il n'y a pas de monnaie. L'accĂšs piscine jusqu'Ă  20h un peu cours. Il n'y a rien pour prĂ©venir de la profondeur du bassin. Le dĂ©part Ă  maxi 10h le matin c'est trop tĂŽt. Tout est en option et payant (linge de lits, kit vaisselle, tĂ©lĂ©, internet chambre, mĂ©nage...) C'est dommage de faire les mĂȘmes prestations pour une location journaliere et une localisation vacances. Bien dans l'ensemble mais quelques petites choses Ă  revoir.

Arrivee parfaite. Preenregistrement fait en ligne du coup juste la récupération dune enveloppe. De plus personnes presentes pour la convivialité et les conseils. Emplacment ideapour profiter de la beauté de la cote d'émeraude.

Séjour agréable

RĂ©sidence idĂ©alement placĂ©e Ă  quelques mĂštres de la plage. Parking gratuit pratique. Quelques points nĂ©gatifs en revanche, tout est en option, TV ou Wifi sont payants. Aucun produit d’entretien (savon, produit lave vaisselle, Ă©ponge) tout est Ă  prĂ©voir. Dommage ça fait un peu « rat ». Literie moyennement confortable. Les 2 piscines (intĂ©rieure et extĂ©rieure) restent vraiment petites par rapport au nombre de personne pouvant loger dans la rĂ©sidence. Ce doit ĂȘtre trĂšs compliquĂ© en pĂ©riode de forte influence. Le spa ne fonctionnait pas lorsque nous y Ă©tions. Sinon le personnel est trĂšs agrĂ©able et discret.

RĂ©sidence qui a grand besoin de renovation. On se croirait dans un hĂŽpital mal entretenu. Moisissure sur les murs, vaisselle sale. Nous avons rendu l'appartement plus propre sur nous l'avions eu.

Hotellet lÄ dejligt og tÊt pÄ havet, men langt fra butikker og restauranter. Vores lejlighed nr. 114 var meget slidt og rengÞringen var ikke i orden. Hvilket nok beror pÄ, at rengÞring ikke er includeret i prisen. Tilsyneladende indgik hÄndklÊder og sengelinned heller ikke. Hotelgange fremstod nussede. Skraldespand foran reception blev ikke tÞmt de 3 dage vi var der og mÊngden af hundeposer voksede. Elevator havde vÊret i uorden siden 22. maj 2019. OmrÄdet omkring pools fremstod pÊnt og rent.

logement vétuste et sale

RĂ©sidence trĂšs bien situĂ©e en face la mer et Ă  proximitĂ© de Dinard et St Malo. Chambre spacieuse mais vĂ©tuste (meubles, canapĂ©, mur, Ă©lectro-mĂ©nager, fenĂȘtre cassĂ©e...) et sale (rĂ©sidus de nourriture collĂ©s sur tables et chaises, sol collant et encrassĂ©, poils et cheveux sur oreillers et matelas). Le mĂ©nage n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© fait depuis trĂšs longtemps.
