We are offering for rent, in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming studio with harbour views, featuring a separate bedroom on the same landing that does not open directly onto the studio, welcomes you to Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a total floor area of 43 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Situated on the 4th and top floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful separate bedroom and two shower rooms (with showers). Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

In the studio:
- A 23 m² living area with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room with shower, toilet and washing facilities.

On the same floor:
- A separate bedroom on the same floor but not adjoining the studio, with one double bed (140x200), a single extra bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot and fan.

Outside:
- A 2m² south-east-facing balcony to enjoy sunny days.

The studio is ideally situated in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars…

Activities:
- The beach and ‘Le Point Plage’ (a centre offering a full range of water sports: stand-up paddleboarding, surfing, J80 sailing, catamaran lessons and supervised sea trips) are just a short distance away. The main beach stretches for 2 km and is perfect for walks, jogging and family outings.
- Nearby, a must-see attraction on the Emerald Coast is Cap Fréhel, to the west – an impressive site designated as a bird sanctuary, whose cliffs rise 70 metres above the sea.
- Not far from there, take the time to stop off at Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky headland, which majestically overlooks the English Channel.
- A former pirate stronghold, the walled town of Saint-Malo is built on a rock. With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a stunning view of the sea and the Channel Islands – Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. Whilst a walk along the ramparts is an unmissable experience, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier is equally impressive, with its picturesque cobbled streets, opulent shipowners’ houses and its castle, whose keep houses the Museum of the History of the City and the Malouin Region. In Saint-Malo, you can witness the spring tides or the start of the Route du Rhum race first-hand; at low tide, you can reach the Fort National, built to Vauban’s plans; discover Chateaubriand’s tomb on the islet of Grand Bé; or take a pleasure boat trip around Saint-Malo Bay…
- In medieval Dinan, a City of Art and History, take the time to stroll through the narrow streets, visit the feudal castle, and admire the half-timbered houses and beautiful religious buildings.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in a free car park 50 metres from the residence.
There is no bicycle storage in the building.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Lamballe, 35 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 1 hour 30 minutes by car

Other notes:
- Free Wi-Fi is available. (ADSL – this is not broadband)
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- The accommodation has a private bicycle storage room in the basement, exclusively for the studio.
