This is a great family style house with an above ground swimming pool to chill and cool down on those hot days, a good size garden for the kids to play, a great entertaining patio area with BBQ facilities.
There is even a drinks fridge in the lounge so you do not have to walk the full 30 steps to the kitchen!😂

Imagine a days out sightseeing around the beautiful Charente region then you return back for Aperitifs on the patio, the kids relaxing and playing happy in the pool.

The house is situated in a very French village 20 minutes drive from Confolens, and St Junien both towns with all the amenities you need

40 minutes drive from Limoges airport and your holiday starts almost as soon as you touch down.
Very quiet village for restful nights and yet close enough to the numerous Charentes and Haute Vienne sights for activity filled, nature filled, history filled or Arts filled days you are looking for.

The village of Montrolet is close by with its great local restaurant that is busy with both locals and visitors through the summer, fishing lakes, walking trails, Chateaux and so much more to see and do in the area.
