L-shaped US-style kitchen: induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, microwave-grill... Pantry with washing machine, cleaning kit. A separate bedroom with a 140 bed, closet/wardrobe. Shower room (shower cubicle), small wardrobe and separate toilet. Vacuum cleaner. Functional, nicely decorated. Residence without elevator. Breathtaking view of the sea and the Albères. Private parking at the residence, not secured, at the foot of the building. PETS NOT ALLOWED.
