Entrance via a small veranda leading to a living/dining room with a non-convertible sofa, a 140cm sofa bed (2023), TV and Wi-Fi internet access, reversible air conditioning. Equipped open-plan kitchen: 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Hallway with built-in wardrobe leading to 3 bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and wardrobes. Shower room, separate WC. Outside, a summer shower and a separate room (solid-built shed) with 2 single bunk beds and a WC. Garage with washing machine. Charming villa located at the entrance to the Aygual district, approximately 300m from shops and 900m from the beach. Bright and sunny, with numerous French doors and verandas surrounding the villa. Parking for two vehicles is available in the courtyard or in front of the garage entrance. Garden furniture, sun loungers, and a griddle are provided. There is also an outdoor clothesline, a vacuum cleaner, and an ironing kit. Pets are welcome.
