The ground floor also includes 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with its own access to the terrace, as well as a shower room with WC. On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each offering access to a private terrace. The first of these rooms features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second room is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A full bathroom with bath and WC serves the upper floor. The property benefits from 2 outdoor terrace spaces, one of 30 square metres with a south-west facing orientation and one of 15 square metres with a north-west facing orientation, both furnished with terrace furniture for your outdoor enjoyment.
