After your exploratory day with family or friends, you light the wood-burning fireplace with your favorite aperitif, and then enjoy a good meal around the large dining table perched on the lake. Everything is in place for a memorable evening. The outdoor fireplace and dips in the hot tub will lead you to a cozy night's sleep. In the morning, you will take the suspension bridge to settle down on the platform and enjoy your coffee while appreciating the splendid view!

1 - An INTIMATE LAND bordering one of the most beautiful lakes in the Eastern Townships!

Your beautiful cottage is located on a point, giving it more privacy. You will have the feeling of being surrounded by water, like a peninsula. Even more UNIQUE: a suspension bridge will give you access to a small island with a large platform for relaxing, chatting and sunbathing in the middle of the 11.9 square km lake. Fishing enthusiasts, here is the variety of fish that awaits you: lake trout, smallmouth bass, chain pickerel, sunfish, walleye, brown trout, ouitouche, yellow perch and rainbow trout.

2 - A WELL EQUIPPED house with a SPECTACULAR VIEW on the lake!

Although modest, this house is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The main living areas have an intimate 180 degree view of the lake and its romantic sunsets: as you can see in the pictures ;-) Whether you're in the kitchen, dining room or living room, you'll be able to contemplate the warm wood stove. It's all so comforting and unifying! The large playroom in the basement will allow children and BIG children ;-) to have fun.

Only 10 minutes from your cottage, the Domaine du Lac Brompton offers activities and equipment rentals such as pontoon, fishing rod, paddle board, kayak, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, fat bike...

The majestic Mont Orford National Park and its new facilities are located 25 minutes away. Golfers, mountain bikers, downhill skiers, cross-country skiers, snowshoers, hikers... will all love it. For those who love nature's challenges, the Sentier des Crêtes leading to the Pic de l'Ours is a must in the Eastern Townships: Strap on your boots ;-)

In addition, the flagship cities of the Eastern Townships (Magog, Orford and Sherbrooke) are accessible in less than 25 minutes. Quality restaurants, microbreweries and boutiques... in abundance.

Perfect stay at a wonderful cottage
Our family of 7 (2 grandparents, 3 kids and my wife and I) loved our stay at this cottage. It’s location is perfect on the water and we enjoyed the camp fires, fishing and paddle boarding as well as dinners watching the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner is very friendly. Thank you again.
