Canyoning is one of the possibilities in the Montagne Noire. Take a tour of the city and castle of Carcassonne, visit an essential oil distillery in Castelnaudary (22 km), take a break at the Étangs de Saïx leisure centre (25 km) and go rafting on the Aude river in Alet-les-Bains (40 km).
