Located in Saint-Étienne-De-Mer-Morte, on the edge of Vendée in a wooded, rolling landscape, this Italian-inspired villa is surrounded by a bucolic setting reminiscent of the Tuscan countryside. Spacious and bright (750 m²), renovated from 2013 to 2022, it hosts up to 15 guests—perfect for enjoying the countryside while staying close to the beaches. The heated, secure swimming pool (11 x 5 m), just 30 m from the house, plus tennis, billiards, ping-pong, and a piano, will delight guests of all ages.



The private 15-hectare park, with gardens and small woods, invites you to stroll along accessible paths. Expansive meadows, rose bushes, flowering shrubs, a gas barbecue, sun loungers, and a shade sail complete the outdoors.



The living area features a 60 m² lounge with two comfortable sofas, armchairs, a tuned piano, and board games. Adjoining billiard room. Large-screen TV and fiber Wi-Fi.



The veranda, with a small sofa, is perfect for relaxing or playing. It opens onto the terrace and garden, with the pool to the right.



Nine spacious bedrooms overlook the park, each with double beds (1.60 m) that can be separated. Seven bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There are eight bathrooms in total, most with large or double sinks; six have showers, one has both shower and bathtub. Six bathrooms have private toilets. One bathroom with bathtub is shared between two rooms, with a toilet on the landing. Two separate toilets. Nine toilets in total. Quality materials: parquet, travertine, bamboo, decorative wallpapers.
