Anse des Rochers, a very nice "Bamboo" studio 30 meters from the beach.

Sit on the terrace of these accommodations, located in a splendid 7-hectare landscaped park filled with flowers and royal palm trees at the Domaine de L'Anse des Rochers in Saint-François, and sip a little punch while enjoying a pleasant view of the coconut grove, the sea, and the magnificent 1,000 m² pool, and bask in the sun as you lie on a lounge chair by the edge of this gigantic 1,000 m² infinity pool!, facing the ocean, where you’ll see fishing boats and vessels heading for the islands in the distance: Marie Galante, La Désirade, and Les Saintes—what evocative names! You can explore the underwater world, home to the fish and other seafood you’ll enjoy at the many local restaurants. You’ll walk barefoot on the fine sand of this magnificent beach lined with umbrellas and coconut palms, with the Caribbean right before your eyes—its coral reef, turquoise blue sea, and an average temperature of 26 degrees from January through December!! Sports enthusiasts can get some exercise on the tennis court facing the sea or choose to go for a morning jog in the park or along the beach. There’s an area for playing pétanque and a mini-golf course, and in Saint-François (4 km away), there’s a magnificent 18-hole international golf course spanning 5,990 metres with views of the Caribbean.

Trust us, the photos are beautiful, but you’ll find the Anse Des Rochers estate even more beautiful when you’re there!!!

Formerly the Anchorage Hotel (rated ***), it was one of the most beautiful resort complexes in Guadeloupe, with its 1,000 m² pool, lagoon, beach lined with coconut palms, and 7-hectare park—all impeccably maintained. This place is a true little Caribbean paradise.

As for the rentals, all of us (co-owners of Anse Des Rochers) have “more or less” renovated our units with different decor styles to suit our individual tastes, and we’ve tried to provide as much comfort as you have a right to expect. We welcome you with warm, down-to-earth Caribbean hospitality and do everything we can to ensure you have the most enjoyable stay possible (I think we’ve succeeded, judging by the reviews left on Vrbo over the past 8 years, regardless of which studio you choose). The Anse des Rochers estate is a haven of peace with a superb tropical park, and we are all (in our own interest) deeply committed to ensuring that this little paradise remains as pleasant as possible and that you take away only wonderful memories of your stay at Anse des Rochers.

Let’s not forget our beautiful town of St. François, with its local market (Place du Marché) every morning and its night market (Place de la Rotonde) every Tuesday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., the small fishing port of St. François, which has retained its authentic charm, and, in contrast, the modernity of its marina with all its restaurants, shops, casino, and the famous St. François golf course, known worldwide by golf enthusiasts.

We hope to see you very soon at the Domaine de l’Anse Des Rochers,
