Lovely location, comfortable house

The house is ideal for a relaxing stay on the ile d'Oleron. It is well equipped and close to beaches, a small supermarket, and a cafe. We would recommend it for a family getaway, and the island is lovely, great for exploring by bike. The only slight snag in the whole stay was that that the costs for cleaning and renting bed linens, along with the request for a sizeable security deposit the day before we arrived, were not listed anywhere in the description, so these all came as a surprise. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay.

Honnêtement, une pépite ! Annonce conforme à la réalité. C'est propre,lumineux,bien agencé, les bases de la cuisine sont disponibles, il y a de quoi faire le ménage ! La proximite de la plage est vraiment à 100m, pas besoin de voiture!L épicerie à 5min à pied!Contact avec le proprietaire parfait.Bref, que du positif!Nous avons passé un.bon moment en famille. Je recommande fortement!

Séjour de fin d'année

Première année où nous fêtons Noël seulement tous les trois (mon époux, ma fille et moi-même) à proximité de la mer. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est propre, fonctionnelle et au calme. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et bienveillants.Grâce à leur conseil, nous avions réservé à l'avance une table pour le 25 décembre au restaurant Le Local qui se situe à La Cotinière. Nous nous souviendrons longtemps de cette découverte gastronomique. Que de très beaux moments et d'agréables souvenirs.Un grand merci

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison. Elle est pratique, propre et bien décorée. Nos filles ont fait de belles photos de couchers de soleil car la mer est vraiment à quelques pas. Le jardin et la place de parking sont appréciables. Nous remercions beaucoup Alexandra et Cyril.

Week-end en famille pour visiter l'île. Maison parfaite pour 5 et en très bonne état. A proximité de tout mais en hiver il faut prendre sa voiture . Seul petit bémol je dirais la connexion internet dans la maison. Je recommande vraiment ce logement
