Bien équipé mais pas adapté aux animaux
Le logement est idéalement situé près de la plage et d'un accès rapide au réseau routier pour aller se balader. Le logement est très bien équipé notamment au niveau de la vaisselle. Il est petit avec 2 ados. L'escalier est raide mais on s'y habitue rapidement. Il bénéficie d'une petite terrasse qui est hélas non grillagée ce qui ne permet pas de laisser son chien en liberté. Il est situé dans une résidence bruyante l'été.

vacances très agréables
La maison était idéalement placée, près de la plage. Le rez de chaussée est très bien agencé, la salle de bain permet de ne pas avoir à remonter une fois descendu des chambres. Petit bémol : les escaliers en pas japonais très raides. La terrasse nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas en extérieur. Très bon séjour

une semaine très agréable et reposante
appartement confortable, plage à proximité, commerces faciles d accès, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir prendre nos repas à l extérieur sur la terrasse que nous pouvions couvrir à notre convenance, c était très bien, merci.

Agréable maisonnette de plage
La maison est située au calme mais à proximité immédiate de la mer. Le parking privatif est très utile dans cette zone. La maison est bien équipée et décorée, on sent la maison de famille et pas juste une location "commerciale". La terrasse avec le store sont très agréables. Par contre, devoir récupérer les clés de l'autre côté de Royan, pas très glop !
