Magnificent country house with lovely views!

A beautiful stone house furnished to a high standard, with garden, terrace, swimming pool and beautiful countryside views in a quiet setting. Located 2km from the village with a bar, post office, bakery and small grocery store. 5 km from the town of Excideuil with castle, supermarket, gas station, shops and market. Hiking trails directly in front of the house, leisure center with beach, restaurant and lake at 7km, equestrian center and Vélo-rail at 5km. Several festivals in the surrounding villages during summer. The house includes a large living / dining room with sofa, wood stove, large table with chairs; large kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, iron and large table with benches; bathroom. On the first floor there is a second living room with sofa bed, fitted kitchen area and bathroom with shower; and two spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and a single bed. On the third floor there is a double bedroom, and WC. Cot available. Sheets and towels included. In the garden you will find a playground for children and a table with chairs as well as the swimming pool and terrace.

Zeer mooie locatie!

Een fantastisch plekje gelegen op een heuvel met prachtig uitzicht. Het is een oud landhuis en we hadden wat technische problemen maar Helen, de eigenaar, reageert enorm snel om dit op te lossen. Ook heeft Helen ons geholpen met een boeking van een activiteit omdat dit even lastig was met de taal, erg leuk! De tuin en het gebied rondom het zwembad zijn heerlijk om te relaxen. Wij hadden een top vakantie! Helen en Rob, dank voor alles! Groetjes

Great holidays

We had a great stay at this property.Everything was as described and the whole house was well equipped. If you are looking for a quiet family holidays with lovely views, this place is definitely for you. Big plus-great communication with the owner. Highly recommended!
