Stay facing the ocean in this beautiful bright 60 m² apartment in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, ideally located 200 metres from Boisvinet beach. With its unobstructed sea view and immediate proximity to amenities and the port, you will fully enjoy the sea air and seaside atmosphere.



The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and has a functional and warm layout. From the entrance, you discover a lovely living area bathed in light, with a comfortable sofa and a television (which currently does not have public channels) for your moments of relaxation, a round wooden table to share your meals, and especially a magnificent view of the ocean from the window located just above the living room. The open kitchen, with a vitroceramic hob, is very well equipped: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. It also has a window with a sea view, to cook with pleasure.

On the sleeping side, you will find two bedrooms. The first is equipped with two single beds (80x200) that you can bring together to form a double bed (160x200), and the second with two single beds (80x200). The bathroom includes a bathtub and a hairdryer, and the toilets are separate for more comfort.
