3 Quarterdeck Lane will be your new favorite place on Fripp Island! Take in the tidal marshland views from your newly constructed 3-bedroom, 3-bath home across the street from the Fripp Island Marina area. This 2-story 1675 square foot home will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
This modern home was newly constructed with plenty of attention to detail and an elegant and simplified look. Freshly decorated with items from Lowcountry artists throughout and contemporary Pottery Barn, Grandin Road, and Serena & Lily furniture and accents. This home features Carrera quartz countertops in all bathrooms and the kitchen. The primary bedroom is located upstairs and includes an en-suite bathroom with dual shower heads, two sinks and a king bed with breathtaking ocean/marsh views. The lounge and laundry area are located between the primary and guest bedrooms. The guest bedroom upstairs has an en-suite bathroom with a tub shower combo, two sinks and 2 queen beds. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen bed with a full hallway bathroom for easy access. This property is not pet friendly.
Features of the home include a screened-in back porch, a deck off both front bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes new appliances and an icemaker in the fridge. Don't feel like cooking tonight? Walk across the street to the Bonito Boathouse restaurant to enjoy a taste of Lowcountry cooking. Entertainment includes 5 flush-mounted smart TVs in all bedrooms, living rooms, and lounge areas, with your favorite streaming applications and Samsung Live TV.
