Welcome to the Vendée! <br>A unique, authentic Vendée-style “bourrine” dating back to the 1800s.<br>You’ll stay in our “Bourrine,” a house built with natural materials (thatch and earth) that stays cool even during heat waves. We’ve renovated it into a family home, ideally located between the land and the sea, accommodating 2 to 6 people with a large, private garden—a quiet and peaceful retreat, secluded from prying eyes. <br>Birds, nature near the sea, relaxation, beaches, bikes, games, books, and snowshoes to keep the kids entertained, plus parking. 🐦🌊🌺<br>Your garden is approximately 500 m² and secluded from prying eyes. <br>It’s the perfect spot for a vacation with family or friends. It’s a lively and vibrant resort town—you’ll enjoy walks along the beaches of St. Hilaire, strolling along the pier in St. Jean-de-Monts, heading out to bars and restaurants, or perhaps watching the sunset over the sea from the top of the Ferris wheel. Imagine also bike rides through the heart of the national forest. By the way, have you ever taken a little ride on a “Rosalie”? Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy at the water sports centre. There, you can try sand yachting, kayaking, sailing, kitesurfing… Give beachcombing or deep-sea fishing a try! In Saint-Jean-de-Monts, you’ll find a golf course overlooking the sea, a tree-top adventure park, and a thalassotherapy centre. Inland, explore the Breton marshes by canoe or paddleboard along the waterways, and visit the Rairé Mill in Sallertaine. Visit the Vendée, set sail, and discover Île d’Yeu or Île de Noirmoutier via the legendary Passage du Gois.
