No need to worry in case of extreme heat, the lounge is air-conditioned. A bathroom with shower, washing machine and hair dryer as well as a separate WC complete the living area.



Night side you will find a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a television and its en-suite bathroom with WC, the two other bedrooms are each equipped with a single bed (80x190).



The large terrace fitted out and equipped with a pergola with electric blind will allow you to enjoy the outdoors in all weather. It has an equipped outdoor kitchen with a plancha, a large table, garden furniture and sun loungers. Everything you need to enjoy lovely summer barbecues and relax in the Vendée sunshine.
