Les +, localisation, bon matelas, accès internet, facilité de communication avec l'hôte, pas de nuisance sonore dans l'appart, propreté de la résidence. L'amélioration qui pourrait satisfaire les gastronomes, renouveler une partie des éléments de cuisine (ex: casserole, poele, couverts)
