House for 7 with a pool (6 adults maximum)

For your family holidays on the Vendée coast, we offer you this new house with heated swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September), built according to current PMR standards (*). It is designed to accommodate up to 7 people (maximum 6 adults, as the camp bed is suitable for a child).



In its large living space, you will discover a beautiful new kitchen. Fully equipped, it includes a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob for preparing good meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make life easier for you. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso pod coffee maker will help you start the day well.



The dining room, located in front of the bay window overlooking the terrace and swimming pool, invites you to enjoy good meals together. Do you prefer to eat outdoors? Everything is provided on the 85 m² terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue.



To relax, a TV lounge will allow you to watch a good film or get excited about sporting events. Need a nap or a moment of reading in the sun? Two sun loungers are available in the garden. And of course, the 3.5 m x 7 m swimming pool awaits you to cool off, play and swim.



At bedtime, three bedrooms are available to you.



The first, in taupe and brown tones, has a large Queen Size bed (160x200), facing the bay window, with a view of the swimming pool.

The second, in shades of green, offers a double bed and a bay window also with a view of the swimming pool.

The third bedroom, with white walls and blue leaf-patterned wallpaper, is equipped with two single beds. One of them is a trundle bed, strictly reserved for a child.

The house includes an independent toilet and a bathroom with double sink, hairdryer, heated towel rail and large shower.



(* The shower in the bathroom, however, has a wall with an opening of 120cm, and entry into the swimming pool is via steps.)



For your convenience, a washing machine is available in the garage. Two vehicles can be parked on the plot.
