Come enjoy island time year-round and soak up the laid-back island vibes from this newly renovated, cozy bungalow situated on the Monroe Canal. This is the only deep-water, commercial canal with direct access to open water.
This retro style bungalow has been completely renovated to include 3 bedrooms, 2 interior bathrooms, and a fabulous outdoor shower. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with comfortable mattresses as well as a mini split so all guests can sleep cool and comfortably. Relax and enjoy the constant parade of boats on Monroe Canal from the furnished patio or spend the days exploring the island sights and activities.
Consider taking the ferry to Cabbage Key and North Captiva to explore the islands, hire a fishing guide, or book the floating Tiki Hut to spend the afternoon on the water. If you choose to spend the day being lazy, take a long afternoon nap from the queen bed in the Master Suite or on the twin XL daybed in the Florida Room, both of which have beautiful views of the canal.
The bungalow's kitchen is uber efficient and equipped with new, top-grade appliances for a delightful cooking experience. If you would prefer to dine out, Pine Island is home to many outstanding restaurants that offer live music to enjoy while dining. There are three restaurants situated right on the Monroe Canal.
Whatever you decide, make sure you enjoy the outdoor shower experience while gazing at the stars above before you retire for the evening.... incredible.

Such a cute and homey house right on the water that was perfect for my birthday celebration weekend! The host is incredibly kind and welcoming! This house was perfectly located near fun restaurants and a local bar with great live music! Fully equipped kitchen and grill area with great sitting areas to hang out! The outdoor shower was a fan fave for everyone on the trip! Having a cup of coffee on the canal each morning was sooo relaxing! Will definitely come back here again!

Wonderful weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The house was adorable. We loved the decorations and color schemes. My favorite part was the outdoor shower. The house is close to a handful of delicious restaurants. The host was very kind and accommodating. We will be staying here again in the future.
