We really enjoyed this home. It’s two large homes in one. Perfect for our big family. We liked the close location to the bars and restaurants as well as short idle time out to the Intercoastal Waterway! We loved the house so much that we already rented it again for next year!

We had a great time during our stay. We had several young children and they were kept happy and entertained between the pool, "beach" area, fishing, and using our boats that were able to be docked (not in the boat lift). Great quiet getaway

Lovely spacious home located on a quiet canal. Plenty of room for us to both spread out as well as comfortably gather together . If you are looking for a loud active night life place, look elsewhere. If you want down time with your family, enjoying the pool, watching the manatees swim by and getting a great night’s sleep, this home was perfect.

Pool, hot tub, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms = perfect setup for our 6 person, all adult, family stay. Upstairs screen porch was our recap with cocktails at the end of each day location. The separate 'apartment' downstairs was great for my fairly newlywed son and daughter in law to have some separation. Loved looking for manatees swiming in the canal.

The house is beautifully appointed, private and on a nice canal. Within walking distance to the very nice marina. Rum Runners is great for lunch or dinner, on the water. So clean and the hosts are so very nice, attentive and respond very quickly. Very gracious hosts! The pool is a highlight and the spa heats up quickly. The game room is great, has a poker table and chips. The kitchen is amazing and totally stocked with everything you might need. They have weights and a ping pong table in the garage complete with a beautiful BMW you can rent from the hosts. We absolutely loved our stay and will go back. Cape Coral is very laid back and we enjoyed Fort Myers too. Great beach. Awesome Putt-Putt course in Fort Myers, 28 holes, very upper crust, $20/pp and you can feed the alligators there. (Smuggler’s Cove).
