Magnificent and very comfortable, it includes 5 beautiful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, television, DVD player and wifi, a lounge area with board games, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a large garage and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. For skiing, you have the choice between the St Jean d'Aulps-Roc d'Enfer area 2.5km away, the Morzine-Les Gets area 6km away, or Avoriaz via Les Lindarets less than 15 minutes by car



You will thus easily discover all the stations of the fabulous Franco-Swiss domain of Portes du Soleil by taking the free shuttle to the St Jean d'Aulps station, which passes 100m from the chalet, or the one at €1/person/trip to Morzine and passing 500m away



Finally, you can practice, winter and summer, many other activities: snowshoeing, ski joering, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and various water sports in white water or on Lake Montriond such as kayaking, paddle, rafting, canyoning.

Many tourist sites such as the Pont du Diable gorges, the Aulps Abbey, the sea of ice in Chamonix or the city of Annecy are located within a radius of less than 80km
