Spacious studio located in the centre of the St Jean d'Aulps ski resort.

Accommodation in perfect condition, peaceful and functional.



It is located in the immediate vicinity (50 metres) of restaurants, the ESF, the grocery shop, ski lifts...

It offers all the necessary comfort and you will be able to enjoy a magnificent view from its balcony.



The flat is composed as follows:



-An entrance with a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds (90x190)

-A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, a towel dryer and a wardrobe. There is also a toilet and a washing machine



- A fully equipped kitchen:

Gas cooker with 4 burners and oven, an extractor hood, a refrigerator with freezer, a double sink, microwave, immersion blender, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and dishwasher



- A living room/dining room with a table, a storage bench and 5 stools. There is a television and a wifi connection. There is also a sofa bed (140x190)

- A single room with a double bed (140x190) with wall storage

- A valley-view terrace equipped with a table and chairs as well as 2 sunbeds. Mountain view.



This studio also includes a cellar noted with the same number as the door, which is S30.

Le balcon ... En rentrant le ménage n'était pas fait depuis un certain temps donc j'ai fait le ménage a mon arrivée... le micro-ondes dégage une odeur désagréable le grille pain fonctionne très mal le logement est prévu pour 6 mais à trois on se marche dessus le frigo et la cuisinière date....le lavabo était boucher et les hôtesses du bureau non rien fait elles ne savent dire qu'une chose "on y peut rien"...Super la wifi est en plus 39 euros par semaine mais la télé est si vieille que notre ado n'a pas pu brancher sa console et de toute façon la wifi est bien trop faible ! Quand au parking il ni a pas de place pour tout le monde un calvaire en résumé il faut fuire ce logement bruillant est en plus nous étions entouré de chien ce qui est interdit par le règlement intérieur ! Nous en sommes a nôtre second séjour le premier était parfait au daille 16 mais je pense qu'il ni aura pas de troisième séjour !
