This cozy house, just 3 km from the beach in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway in a welcoming atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home. The 98 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, a fan, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. Please note that air conditioning and towels are not provided. Outside, you’ll enjoy a private garden, an open-air terrace, and barbecue facilities. Starting mid-June, a jacuzzi will be available and is included in your stay.

Le logement est très spacieux, propre, et également fonctionnel. Nos vacances dans cette maison ont été très agréable et reposantes. Proche des plages et de la ville en voiture. Le propriétaire est très réactif.

Tolles Haus , super Einrichtung. Alles ser sauber alles vorhanden.

Pros: Der Gastgeber ,ist sehr freundlich. Fragt 0 Cons: Es fehlt in der Umgebung ein Spielplatz Sportplatz, nicht zu unterschätzen man kommt ohne Auto nicht mal eben von A nach B. Mit Rädern natürlich.
