Bed and Breakfast "Aux Little Pleasures" in the Vendée traditional habitat "the buggers" with thatched roof

Located in the municipality of Saint Jean de Monts between sea and marsh at 1 km from montoises beaches and ocean. beautiful walks from the house, or bike using the hundreds of kilometers of cycling paths! (Loan possible)

independent comfortable rooms with elegant charm, for 2 or
4 people, It is furnished with a bed for 2 people (200 x 160), a wardrobe, a console and a necessary home (Nespresso coffee machine)

Private bathroom with toilet, basin, walk-in shower and hair dryer.
We love the spa effect in the shower, although be guaranteed!

Breakfast (included in the room price) is served in the lounge was relaxing place with big screen TV, bookcase and sofa, or on the terrace on sunny days.

Outside, you go to a private terrace facing the four cardinal points. A barbecue in common with the second B & B will be available.

Outdoor games on raised ground of 3200m², football, golf pitching approach, Molki, badminton, Boules.

childcare facilities are available free on request (cot, booster seat, high chair, bath).

All rooms are non-smoking.

Very good breakfast! However the kitchen was a communal room with very limited cooking facilities and utensils, making cooking a full meal challenging and difficult. There was no wardrobe in room and no clothing storage which meant living out of a suitcase for a week stay, especially as the room was small. Fabien responded to our requests without question and made his bikes available for cycling in the forest. The close proximity of the family and other guests made it difficult to relax at times in the outside areas available.

Fantastic property, wonderful hosts, would highly recommend
Property was immaculately clean, facilities excellent with everything you could possibly need, breakfasts were absolutely amazing. Fabien and his family were wonderful and welcoming. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Saint-Jean-de-Monts, great location close to town and beaches, lots of restaurants and fun activities close by. Great holiday.

Sehr schöne Woche in St.Jean
Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung, etwas außerhalb von St. Jean, super freundliche Gastgeber, tolles Frühstück, sehr abwechslungsreich, mit Liebe zubereitet. 1,5km zum Strand, gut zu Fuß zu machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Petite famille accueillante au grand cœur, à l'écoute, bons conseils, supers moments de partage, très bel endroit cosy et spacieux, on s'y sent attendu. Tout est préparé avec soin et volonté de faire plaisir, on a beaucoup aimé et on reviendra volontiers avec notre garde du corps de 2kg bienvenue. Un week end au paradis
Nous sommes venues entre amies pour nous reposer, grand bien nous fasse. Nous avons été accueillies par nos hôtes disponibles et à l'écoute, dans un cadre atypique et de verdure. Au calme. Nous avons trouvé des petites attentions, çà et là. On se sent en intimité dans la chambre, le confort est au rendez vous. Quand au petit déjeuner, il est digne d'un hôtel haut de gamme… Tout est bien pensé. La forêt de pin offre un cadre idéal pour les sportifs, la mer et la plage sans fin, l'air de la liberté. Le coin terrasse, la piscine, de quoi se préparer un repas, bronzer à l'abri du vent.. Nous reviendrons à défaut de ne pouvoir y rester. Nolwenn et Aurélie.

Excellent séjour
Un grand merci pour votre accueil. Les chambres sont confortables et décorées avec goût. Literie très confortable. L'accueil est au top. D'excellents conseils pour les restos et les visites. Et surtout un petit déjeuner de rêves avec une nouvelle petite surprise chaque matin. Pour résumer, que du bonheur au petitbonheur. Merci encore pour cette formidable semaine.

Besser geht es nicht !!!!
Die Gegend ist wahnsinnig schön. Man kann super Fahrrad fahren der Strand ist super schön und man kann hier in der Gegend extrem viel Unternehmen ! Das Haus ist einfach so schön und die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit . Die Zimmer sind extrem schön und süß eingerichtet, das Areal auf dem sich das Haus befindet ist unglaublich toll. Man kann nicht nur im schönen Pool baden, sondern auch auf dem großen rasen Fußball oder Badminton spielen . Das Frühstück ist erste Klasse !!! Man bekommt alles super frisch zubereitet . Der krönende Abschluss war am letzten Abend der Mojito den Fabien selber zubereitet hat mit Zutaten aus dem eigenen Garten . Wenn ihr eine Unterkunft sucht in der Umgebung kann ich euch nichts besseres empfehlen als die Unterkunft bei Fabien . Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für den Auffenthalt !!!!

Magnifique chambre d'hôte à proximité centre-ville et plages
Nous avons réellement apprécié notre séjour pour de nombreuses raisons: accueil des hôtes, confort (super literie) et décoration de la chambre, propreté, calme, espaces verts, piscine, cabane, plancha, barbecue... mais surtout les petits-déjeuners gourmands et copieux ainsi que les mojitos de Fabien!!
