St. Jean du Doigt is a small village that belongs to Plougasnou. The eight beaches of the municipality are located at the eastern end of the bay of Morlaix and are spread over 17 km of coastline. Plougasnou is located in the border area of the two departments of Finistère and Cotes d'Armor. An ideal, central location for making attractive excursions to both regions: to the west, the pretty little town of Morlaix, the picturesque spa and harbour town of Roscoff and the seaside resort of Carantec; to the north-east, the fantastic pink granite coast with the popular seaside resorts of Trebeurden, Tregastel and Perros Guirec begins in a few kilometres.
