A Perfect Visit

The location, about 5 minutes from the lake/public beach is perfect. Views of the Alps are stunning. Sébastien is a wonderful host, quick to respond to any question. The property was impeccably clean. We would definitively recommend and would love to stay again.

Great location you can walk to the grocery store, restaurants and beach. The apartment is spacious.

It was bright and well situated. When we requested towels for the beach and a couple of other things from the owner, Sebastian was very quick to respond. It was in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything you needed. We were very happy with our stay here.

Propreté, accueil, emplacement, parking, équipement ultra complet, literie super, spacieux... tout pour donner un maximum de points à un loueur qui connaît son affaire. A recommander sans hésitation, ce qui n'est pas le cas bien souvent.

Logement impeccable et très bien situé

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Appartement très propre, bien agencé, moderne. Toutes les commodités à 5 minutes à pieds et de belles ballades à faire le long du lac. A 15 minutes d'Annecy. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermées.

Accueillant, calme et possibilité de choisir chaque jour une activité différente. Super

Nous avons apprécié l’aménagement de cette location et son calme. Elle est proche de toutes commodités et il est possible de rejoindre rapidement le bord du lac ou la piste verte pour faire des balades à pied ou à vélo. Si d’aventure la neige se prête au jeu il est très facile de rejoindre le Semnoz pour faire quelques pistes.
