Designed for up to 6 guests, the sleeping area includes two suites and one double bedroom, each with its own bathroom, toilet, and dressing area. Upstairs, the double bedroom and one of the suites, both with twinable beds, offer flexible comfort. On the ground floor, a second double suite with a non-twinable bed enjoys a beautiful view of the park and has a private bathroom with a toilet.



The bathing area features a bathroom upstairs with a bathtub, storage, and toilet, as well as two bathrooms on the ground floor, each equipped with an Italian-style shower, toilet, and towel rack.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Additional amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The dining area comfortably seats up to 8 guests, while the cozy living room invites relaxation with its television.



Outdoor spaces offer a peaceful and green setting. Upstairs, a spacious 50 m² wooden terrace surrounded by trees provides a perfect retreat. On the ground floor, two large terraces offer different atmospheres: one facing the park, the other facing the village.
