Apartment Leu EMRA is a new one bedroom apartment located on the Upper Street of the city. The stairs of the residence is at its exit, they will allow you to access the city faster (5 mts walk from the beach, 7 mts from the market, restaurant, delicatessen, 3 mts walk from the medical office, pharmacy, bakery, bar...)
The EMRA is located in a new residence of 2022, the furniture and equipment of the apartment is new. The balcony of the apartment overlooks a beautiful sea view.
The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped; the large appliances are furnished with a digital quality oven with several options (steam cooking...) microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment. The small appliances are available: a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee maker and a filter coffee maker, a citrus press.. The dishes are complete with plates (crucibles, plates and dessert ) glasses (water, wine and champagne) pie dishes, whip several utensils that will allow you to prepare good small dishes.
The living room is nice with a flat screen TV, a coffee table, a sofa bed for 2 children. It overlooks the balcony of the apartment where you can see the beautiful sea view. The balcony is furnished with a garden furniture, a high table with its two stools and potentially two deckchairs.
The master suite offers a large bedroom with TV (Netflix), a 200/220 bed, a bedside table and a bedside lamp are placed on each side of the bed. To access the bathroom you have to go through the dressing room of the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, a basin and a towel rest.
The balcony of the apartment "Leu EMRA" has a beautiful sea view. Guests can enjoy the living room with two comfortable armchairs and sofa as well as a coffee table. For outdoor meals, a high table and two stools as well as two deckchairs are provided in the apartment.
