The hotel was quiet and comfortable despite being close to a commercial business area and a supermarket. It was fairly clean. However, my only niggle was that I use my own mattress topper and when I removed the bottom sheet to place my topper above the hotel's mattress cover, I found some hairs, yuk!. So I had to remove those. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The remainder of the room and shower room were clean as were public areas. Check in was quick and easy with polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good, with dishes, juices etc replenished, tables cleared and cleaned quickly by hard working staff. We had a short stay of 2 nights before moving on. We didn't use the pool. Overall, the hotel is fairly good value for money

We stayed here on 2 occasions in May 2025 and the hotel is excellent and is has recently be upgraded. Good location, we use it, before and after catching the ferry to/from Guernsey. Nice rooms, good breakfast an there is parking.

One night in St Malo.

We were a few lads returning to Guernsey and just needed a hotel for one night before early ferry next day. I would have loved to have stayed longer and taken advantage of the pool and gym. Lovely comfortable bed and great shower. I do miss my kettle in the room but you can get free tea/coffee at reception. Once they realised that we were checking out so early the receptionist arranged for breakfast to be available. Secure car park, short walk to bus stop for the old town.

Good night stop before ferry

Warm and welcoming check in staff. Nice clean new hotel with plenty of parking - and spaced big enough for modern vehicles which is often a problem in French cities. Towels were tiny and very scratchy. Shower head hose is designed in a way that means it never points where you want it. Other than those very minor issues, a great stay.

Clean , quiet , good breakfast options ,Swimming Pool Gym Sauna and Steam room all good. Tea , Coffee and Cold water available near reception. Staff were ok but not very helpful when asked about places to eat out. They just said go into St.Malo Centre. Never said anything about there being a McDonald's within 5minute walk. Also there was a Buffalo Grill , Burger King and a few other places nearby. The best being Chinese Buffet The Panda Wok which was just less than a mile up the road. Absolutely Superb, with so much variety.
