Cocoonr agency offers you, in Saint-Malo, this beautiful, bright flat with vintage decor, offering a beautiful view of the Rance dam and Solidor. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), with a surface area of 60 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two en suite bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A bright living room with sitting area, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven...
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds, connected in a row with bedroom 1
- A shower room, accessible through both bedrooms
- Separate WC

For added convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available. Also at your disposal: a highchair and a cot (on request when booking, we can install a cot for your baby). For reasons of safety and hygiene, we do not provide mattresses, apart from the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you wish).

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

Neighborhood and activities :
- Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shops and Solidor beach.
- Bars and restaurants within walking distance
- You can walk along the seafront to the historic center in 15 minutes.
- A market on the Place de St Servan 700 m away on Tuesdays and Fridays in the halles de la Place Bouvet, where you'll find fresh fish.
- There's a small oyster market every Sunday on Place Bouvet (place du théâtre).
- St Servan is famous for its main shopping street, the Solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
- It's a great place to live. You can admire the sunset on solidor from your window.

L’idéal

Emplacement idéal. L’appartement est tel que décrit. Très lumineux avec vue sur l’anse Solidor, dans un quartier calme. La literie est bonne, l’électroménager de qualité. Même si ce n’est pas l’essentiel, il serait bien d’investir dans une télévision plus grande, car pour y voir quelque chose il faut s’en approcher vraiment de près. Nous le recommanderons aux personnes qui souhaitent aller dans cette magnifique région.

Appartement confortable, propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé

L'appartement est lumineux, très bien rénové. Il bénéficie d'une belle vue depuis toutes le pièces du logement. Sa situation est idéale car proche de nombreux commerces, du marché et des Halles du marché, à quelques pas des restaurants de la cale du solidor et malgré tout très calme. La literie et les nombreux équipements électroménagers sont de qualité. Nous n'hésiterons pas à le louer à nouveau.

Joli appartement avec belle vue sur la mer

L'appartement est situé dans le quartier Saint-Servan (très calme) à environ 20 minutes à pied de Saint-Malo intra-muros. Nombreuses possibilités de restauration à proximité. L'appartement est propre, avec une belle vue sur la mer. Il est lumineux et décoré avec gout, avec des matériaux et équipements de qualité. Un petit désagrément (évier bouché) au début du séjour a été pris en charge et réglé rapidement par l'agence.
