Tired, damp and dirty

We have stayed in Saint Martin before - just around the corner so knew the area well. We have never stayed in this property before and never will again. As soon as we opened the front door we were hit by the smell of damp. A quick inspection of the house revealed damp in the main bedroom and although the house may well have had a cursory vacuum clean there was dust and mould everywhere. The local Novasol agent was uncontactable and despite our complaints to head office did not reach out to us to help. The photos may show a cottage that looks cosy but beware. These photos must be at least 20 years old. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this property.
