Contrairement à ce que laisse penser l'annonce, la maisonnette n'est qu'une parmi une soixantaine : village de vacances avec des maisonnettes individuelles ou collées. La piscine est donc assez souvent pleines au vu du nombre de vacanciers. Le nécessaire est présent et l'ambiance est cependant calme. Proche de la plage, l'endroit est plutôt destiné à des familles avec enfants en bas âges. L'accueil est sympa et professionnel et il y a moyen de réserver du pain pour le lendemain, pratique.
