Cocoonr offers you this charming 150 m² architect-designed house to rent in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle. It can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). Bathed in light, it has a lovely 27 m² living room, a lounge, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 800 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 27 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.

- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob...
- A relaxation area with a comfortable double sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bedroom on request, with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC (can be separated from the rest of the room by closing a glass roof).

First floor
- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and balcony overlooking the garden.

- Bedroom 3: Room with two single beds, can accommodate 2 children on request only.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

- The lake at Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle offers a variety of activities, including a beach, walks/runs and swimming in summer, a very large "aquazone", accrobranche, tyroliennes, pedalos, padel and ponies.
- Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle is ideally situated between the coast (Saint-Jean-de-Luz beach 20 minutes away), the countryside and the mountains. The villages of Ascain, Sara and Espelette are just next door.
- Many sporting and cultural activities...
- Little train to go up the Rhune.
- Hiking/walking nearby with great views of the hills and ocean.
- Ideal location for cyclists: route des crêtes just next door.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to two vehicles of all types.

- Nearest airport: Biarritz airport, about 30 minutes by car

Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- 2 children can be accommodated on request, in bedroom 3 upstairs.
- House equipped with monoxide detectors.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
