Bathed in light, it has a lovely 27 m² living room, a lounge, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 800 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

- The lake at Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle offers a variety of activities, including a beach, walks/runs and swimming in summer, a very large "aquazone", accrobranche, tyroliennes, pedalos, padel and ponies.
- Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle is ideally situated between the coast (Saint-Jean-de-Luz beach 20 minutes away), the countryside and the mountains. The villages of Ascain, Sara and Espelette are just next door.
- Many sporting and cultural activities...
- Little train to go up the Rhune.
- Hiking/walking nearby with great views of the hills and ocean.
- Ideal location for cyclists: route des crêtes just next door.
