Excellent contact avec la propriétaire, la conciergerie. La maison est très bien entretenue et confortable. Dommage qu'Abritel ponctionne autant, ce qui augmente fortement le prix de l'hébergement.

Modernes, sehr gut ausgerüstetes Ferienhaus, sauber, gepflegt, gut gelegen, ruhige Umgebung, pünktliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch Besitzerin und Betreuungsperson vor Ort, rasche Behebung einer WLAN-Störung, selbst am Sonntag! Verbesserungsvorschläge: Zurverfügungstellung eines zweiten Wohnungsschlüssels; der Salon könnte mit einem grösser dimensionierten Fernsehapparat ausgestattet werden.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen auf fahrradfreundlicher Insel

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Dennoch ist das lebhafte Zentrum von La Cotinière mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, insbesondere natürlich auch Meeresfrüchte, gut zu Fuß erreichbar. La Cotinière ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Insel mit dem Fahrrad. Der fußläufig erreichbare Strand hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, hier gibt es auf Oléron mehrere deutlich schönere Strände, die auch mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar sind.

Splendide maison tout confort

La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme. Accès rapide à la plage de Matha. L’équipement est très complet au niveau des électroménagers, de la vaisselle. Literie de bonne qualité. Le lave-linge et le sèche-linge sont très appréciables. Grande terrasse avec parasol et mobilier de jardin. Nombreux rangement dans les chambres et le séjour. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour
