Ce chalet de famille conçu pour 8 personnes dispose de 4 chambres et de 2 salles d’eau. Les 3 lits doubles et 2 lits simples superposés permettent d’accueillir un groupe d’amis, une grande famille ou encore 2 familles. Le grand séjour, la salle à manger avec cheminée - bois fourni – le coin bureau et la mezzanine permettent à chacun de trouver son espace. L’intérieur en bois et l’architecture en demi-étages confèrent une atmosphère originale et chaleureuse. L’équipement inclut en outre un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, un sèche-linge, internet … Une pièce de stockage avec accès intérieur / extérieur permet le rangement de vélos, skis ou autres matériels.

Situé sur un grand terrain arboré en sortie du hameau de Martiniére, en direction du col de Porte - route bien dégagée en hiver - à 3 km du village / des commerces / des stations de ski, il offre une vue dégagée sur la plupart des sommets de Chartreuse et un ensoleillement idéal. La grande terrasse permet de profiter du soleil ou de l’ombre la plus grande partie de la journée.

Aire de stationnement pour plusieurs véhicules. Terrain non-clos, la végétation isole bien de la route et du voisinage, sans entraver la vue. Départ de balades balisées à proximité (pieds, raquettes, VTT).

First France Visit
We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The property had everything to make our stay unforgettable. The kitchen specially is fully supplied & makes cooking easy & enjoyable. The location of the property is breathtaking. The property's promotion pictures don't make justice to its beauty. Christophe was very accommodating to the few requests we had. I would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future.

Chal'heureux : ce chalet porte bien son nom
chalet très accueillant. Les enfants ont adoré. Bien décoré, très adapté : vaisselle, endroits pour stocker la nourriture, disposition des pièces, couchages. Très pratique. Assez grand : on ne se marche pas les un s sur les autres, et chacun peut s'isoler des autres quand il le souhaite. Environnement magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
