Surrounded by beaches, the coastal path and multiple prehistoric sites, the house we offer you in the north of the Quiberon peninsula offers the advantage of being close to everything.
You enter the side of the road via a first terrace of 35 m², where you can park your vehicle and enjoy the sun loungers.
In the entrance of the house, there is a small dining room under its light well. The main room is then revealed, with a TV lounge comprising a sofa and a bench near the fireplace, a second dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. To prepare your meals, you will find an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher. For breakfast, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a toaster are also provided.
The ground floor is complemented by a wet room with a shower and an independent toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a first bedroom with a large Queen size bed (160/200), a second with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer and WC.
At the back of the house, a small 12 m² terrace isolated from the road will allow you to enjoy an outdoor dining area.
For added comfort, a washing machine is also at your disposal.
