Our apartment is 2 minutes from the beach, close to all shops. It is bright, spacious and well appointed. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a sea view. A large living room with TV and a sofa area and a dining area with access to a large terrace on which you can enjoy a garden furniture with a breathtaking view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, functional. The bathroom was refurbished in 2017 with a very spacious walk-in shower and a very significant washer-dryer machine. You will have direct access to La Comtesse beach directly from the condominium garden through a small gate. The property has a sun terrace and free Wi-Fi. The place is calm and relaxing, the view is magnificent, the market is a stone's throw away as well as the port where you can embark for the islands of Bréhat, as well as participate in the Auction. You can do everything on foot on St Quay Portrieux because you are very close to all amenities.

Appartement fonctionnel bien situé avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer
L'appartement est bien conçu, la terrasse spacieuse et abritée avec vue sur mer est un plus pour la location. L'appartement est à moins de 300 m à pied des commodités (port et commerces)

Propriété très bien située, que ce soit pour les promenades piétonnes ou déplacements aux alentours.
Appartement agréable, Madame Castel,qui nous accueille est une personne très aimable, qui de plus, se met à votre disposition pour toute question .
Etant native de ce coin de paradis,j'ai vu l'évolution de cette station balnéaire depuis mon départ, il y a beaucoup de loisirs pour tout le âges, en particulier pour les "voileux" avec le port de plaisance .
