They offered me to park my motorcycle inside a secure enclosed yard for the night. This is a very cheap place to stay for a night of transit. I will go back.

Stayed here for the second time, once long back before COVID-19 and this time, the management has changed and now it’s a pretty decent hotel with an excellent service,they went out of their way to accommodate my needs,Breakfast was great,Room was in good condition ,Sound Proof,I would say very much value for money ,, I’ll come and stay there when I travel there

Remodeled downtown hotel.

The hotel is downtown and is being remodeled. The room looked like new. However, it was outfitted rather cheaply, but everything worked. For an American staying in Paris, this hotel is inexpensive but lacks air conditioning (as many hotels do in Europe) and is located along a rather busy street. Being about 86 degrees (30 degrees Centigrade) and with high humidity, it wasn't very comfortable to sleep, especially with the noise made by cars, people on the street, garbage truck, etc. If you're looking for a good price, this is it.

Basic but overall good value for money.

It was a lovely stay, room basic but good value for money. Clean and tidy. Restaurant excellent and fairly priced. Service a bit slow but worth the wait. Beware no lifts. Staff were really helpful and understood basic English. Free parking close by.

Madame, Monsieur, Je vous adresse cette rĂ©clamation concernant mon sĂ©jour dans votre hĂŽtel, rĂ©servĂ© via Expedia. Avant de finaliser ma rĂ©servation, j'ai contactĂ© votre Ă©tablissement pour confirmer qu'une chambre avec un lit double serait disponible pour une arrivĂ©e entre 4h et 5h du matin. Le responsable m’a assurĂ© que tout Ă©tait en ordre. À mon arrivĂ©e, j’ai constatĂ© plusieurs problĂšmes : La chambre Ă©tait Ă©quipĂ©e de lits jumeaux au lieu d'un grand lit double, Une forte odeur nausĂ©abonde persistait dans la piĂšce, La propretĂ© laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer et plusieurs Ă©quipements Ă©taient cassĂ©s ou manquants. Le responsable n’étant pas prĂ©sent, aucune solution n’a pu ĂȘtre trouvĂ©e Ă  ce moment-lĂ . En compensation, on m’a proposĂ© un petit dĂ©jeuner, mais l’hygiĂšne du personnel Ă©tait Ă©galement prĂ©occupante, notamment le manque de gants et de lavage des mains avant de servir les petit dĂ©jeuner. AprĂšs avoir exprimĂ© mes prĂ©occupations Ă  la rĂ©ception, j’ai reçu une note vocale du gĂ©rant de l’hĂŽtel. Il a justifiĂ© la situation en expliquant que la chambre attribuĂ©e Ă©tait « juste un dĂ©pannage » pour dormir entre 5h et 11h, minimisant ainsi la situation. Il a mĂȘme ajoutĂ©, et je cite : « Nous ne sommes pas un hĂŽtel Louis Vuitton super luxe, nous sommes un petit hĂŽtel ». Cette remarque Ă©tait Ă  la fois dĂ©placĂ©e et irrespectueuse. Peu importe la taille ou la catĂ©gorie d’un hĂŽtel, il est essentiel de respecter les engagements pris avec les clients.
