The house sits in a peaceful neighborhood, at the heart of a 2,500 m² wooded park, fully fenced and secured by an electric gate, with parking for four cars.

The 220 m² house offers, on the ground floor, one bedroom with two single beds (90x200), a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200), leather sofa, TV, and en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, WC). The living room, open to the study and kitchen with a large central island, leads to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. Barbecue available. Separate WC, reversible heating and air conditioning.
